Above Rs.5000 to 19,999 - Rs. 750
Above Rs.20000 to 29,999- Rs. 1500
Above Rs. 30000 – Based on ordered items 6% -10%

Extra shipping and handling charges will apply for international shipments.
How Long Will It Take To Deliver My Order?
It will take 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered. We use 3rd party courier services and are not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to customer team to find out more.
Duties & taxes for international orders
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your
order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at
checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are
levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination
country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable
duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at
the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the
shipping agent.
Shipping of products
All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi, India. Orders
will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are
wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. Delivery time & tracking information
Please allow us up to 7-10 business days for delivery. Our delivery
partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is
returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address
including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will
help in making a faster delivery.
An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped and also once

Missing products/Tampered Box
We ship several parcels a day and a missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. In case you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please reach out to the The Pillow Company team on email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your box.
Package Undelivered
In case you receive an SMS stating the order has been

Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. In case of wrong data given in customer information which caused any returns , in that case additional shipping will be charged for sending the order again. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency
and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
