Exchange & Refund policy
Products Eligible for Exchange
Only certain products are eligible for exchange. You can call us, WhatsApp us, or email us with what you want to exchange and what you want instead, and we will happily exchange it for you.
7 Days Exchange Window – Products that are eligible for exchange can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
Exchange of Products Bought on MRP – Products purchased at MRP can only be exchanged for other MRP products, not sale items.
Exchange Charges – Exchanges are not free.
If the customer is self-shipping, there will be no pickup charges.
If pickup is done by The Pillow Company’s shipping provider, charges are as follows:

Orders below ₹5,000 → Pickup charge ₹250

Orders above ₹5,000 → Pickup charge 10% of the product value being exchanged
We require the returned items to have their original packing and tags, be unused, and include all original papers.
Product Eligibility:

Eligible: Bedding, Cushions & Throws; Pouch, Tissue Box Covers & Bottle Covers; Table Linens

Not Eligible: Tableware, Dinnerware & Cutlery; Décor & Furniture; Sale Items

Once a piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return in case of non-acceptance.
Refund Policy
The Pillow Company takes great care to ensure that every transaction is seamless and that our products meet the highest quality standards of manufacturing and packaging.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or refunds on products delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed.
Refunds are only offered if:

The product is wrongfully delivered (does not match the order confirmation), OR
-
There is a genuine, verifiable manufacturing defect confirmed by our quality team.
Subjective Issues – Concerns related to factors such as scent/smell, colour perception, fabric feel, or minor variations in handcraft are subjective and cannot be considered defects, as these are influenced by personal perception and transit/storage conditions.
International Orders – Due to cross-border banking regulations, customs restrictions, and high logistics costs, international orders are not eligible for monetary refunds or exchanges.
Damaged Product Claims – Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
We aim to process approved refunds within 10 days.
