Every order that leaves us has been checked by hand, wrapped with care, and packed to arrive exactly as it should. Here is everything you can expect from the moment you place your order.

Delivery Within India

Most orders reach you within 10 to 14 business days. Timelines can run a little longer during sale periods, and we will always tell you if anything changes.

Delivery Worldwide

We ship to homes across the Middle East, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Southeast Asia, Australia, and beyond, through DHL Express. Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, plus customs clearance time in your country.

Every international parcel is fully tracked from our door to yours, and our team is reachable throughout on WhatsApp or email if you would like an update.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order. The amount you see before you pay is the amount you pay, with nothing added afterwards.

Duties and Taxes on International Orders

Import duties and taxes are set by your own country and are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. They are separate from the price of your order and are not something we can calculate or collect on your behalf.

We suggest a quick check of your local import rules before you order, so that the final cost holds no surprises. Our team is happy to help you find this if you are not sure where to look.

Before You Order

Please check that your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. Couriers abroad often call ahead, and an incomplete address is the most common cause of delay. Where an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, or needs to be sent again, the shipping cost is charged to the customer.

If an international order is refused at delivery, or cannot be delivered because duties have not been paid, the outbound and return shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund otherwise due.

Currency

Orders are processed in Indian Rupees. If you pay in another currency, your bank or card issuer applies its own conversion rate at the time of payment.

A Note on Shipping Refunds

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping charges are not refundable.
