Shoe Bags

Two pairs on a shelf will find each other's buckles. The shoe bags keep each pair to itself, with a partition down the middle so left and right never touch.

Sheer, so you can see what is inside without opening anything, and open enough in the weave to let the leather breathe. Plain velvet or linen blend trim, twisted rope drawcord, and a weighted metal ball at each end: silver on the velvet, gold on the linen.

The boot bags work differently. Two separate bags rather than one divided, so each boot can be placed where it fits, including flat on either side of a suitcase.

Questions about shoe bags

Which size shoe bag do I need?

Small, 31 x 30 cm, fits flats, heels, sandals and slim loafers. Medium, 39 x 44 cm, fits loafers, brogues, trainers and low boots, and is the size most wardrobes need most of. Large, 43 x 50 cm, fits high-tops, ankle boots and chunky trainers.

Why is there a partition down the middle?

Two shoes stored loose in one bag rub against each other, and buckles and zips mark the softest part of the upper. The centre partition keeps left and right apart inside a single bag.

Can I store leather shoes in these long term?

Yes. The body is organza, open enough in the weave to let leather breathe, so shoes are not sealed in airtight. Keep them somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight.

Do these fit tall boots?

Not the shoe bags. The Boot Bag, Tall is 55 cm high so a knee-high shaft stores standing rather than folded, and it comes as two bags, one for each boot.

What is the difference between the Luxe and Ecru shoe bags?

The trim and the hardware. Luxe is plain velvet in black with silver metal ball pulls. Ecru is linen blend with gold. Same organza body, same centre partition, same sizes, same price.

Is a shoe bag the same as a shoe dust bag?

Broadly yes. Both keep dust off a stored shoe. Ours are sheer rather than opaque, so you can identify a pair without opening the bag, and woven openly enough that leather is not sealed in.

How do I clean them?

Dry clean only. Steam gently on low heat to release creases.
