A soft rounded bag has no corners to hold and no flat panel to press against. It simply folds wherever it is set down, and the fold becomes a crease.
The Hobo is a slim bolster rather than a box. It lies along the base of a rounded or unstructured bag and holds the curve without forcing it square. Quilted velvet outside, soft filling inside.
